    Thank you @yeastar this video is very informative, my question is will the SIP and IP phones work in LAN environment without internet?

    • @YeastarTechnicalChannel
      @YeastarTechnicalChannel Год назад +1

      Hi, it is up to you whether you need the Internet for the SIP trunk for external calls or not. If you are using PBX for internal calls only, sure you can use it without the Internet.

    Thank you for this video. What about the configuration when we we have one either net cable for both voice and internet. What will be the configuration in the IPPBX and the router if required. Regards.

      Hi, is it a dedicated sip line? You can search for the guide of it on help.yeastar.com about it. If you still meet an issue setting it up, feel free to create a ticket on support.yeastar.com.

      Hi, we can distinguish the different caller ID by Caller ID Pattern Setting on the inbound route. And you can set the destination to what you want.

    Hello can this phone get the IP address without me configuring it cuz i want to use it as plug and play in the network where it receives ip address over dhcp . And the ont do registering for the IMS not IP Phone is it possible?

    • @YeastarTechnicalChannel
      @YeastarTechnicalChannel 2 года назад

      Hi, the phone can get the IP by DHCP. As for the PBX LAN port, the default IP is static IP which is 192.168.5.150. Although you can set it to DHCP after you log in with 192.168.5.150 I suggest you use at least one static IP so that it would be convenient for you to log in to the device. And of course, you can use DHCP for IMS on the WAN port. For register IP phones, we have auto-provision to register the phone, it is convenient. You may refer to our help guide about it if you want.help.yeastar.com/en/s-series/topic/auto_provisioning.html

      I hit an issue with getting my YeaStar NeoGateway TS 400 ATA Analog PBX to receive S.I.P. Trunks Invite after updating Cudy AX 1800 router "FIRMWARE". My S.I.P. Provider's Tracing showing on their my phone is ringing, and YeaStar is telling me that the port Invite Packet of the call is sent back. YeaStar think it must be the Cudy AX 1800 Router porting issue. I had everything working with it on two other router Linksys and NetGear I believe after I setup through the DHCP method.
      I would appreciate any and all troubleshooting advice.

    Hola tengo una s100 con teléfonos T19P E2 y T21P E2.
    Los T19P E2 funcionan de maravilla inclusive a más de 90 metros de distancia en cable.
    Pero los T21P E2 solo funcionan con un cable de red a 5 o 10 metros de longitud. Si sobrepasó esa distancia el teléfono enciende pero no da IP. Y muestra el error "RED NO DISPONIBLE". alguna sugerencia? Será que estoy haciendo algo mal.?

    • @YeastarVideo
      @YeastarVideo  2 года назад +1

      Hi, there should be something wrong with the cable line. Just make sure your network is reachable first and then you can use the IP phone. You can try to ping PBX on your IP phone for testing.

      @@YeastarVideo hello. The cable has been checked and is in perfect condition. tests were carried out with a 60-meter cable and the phone turns on but still does not continue with the ip problem. then with the same 60 meter cable in T19P E2 models they work without problems. none of the T21P E2 work.

    • @YeastarVideo
      @YeastarVideo  2 года назад

      Hi, if the cable line is okay, I suppose you have to contact the "T21P E2" IP phone support for help. It is not related to PBX. Plz make sure the network of the IP phone is okay and you can use this IP phone with PBX. Any other questions you can create a ticket on support.yeastar.com.
